This is an excellent option for individuals and families who want a lower deductible individual plan with unlimited office visit co-payments. Maternity coverage is available on family contracts (after 12 months of coverage).

The Smart Sense plans offer the lowest premiums with prescription drug coverage alternative options.

High Deductible PPO Plan

Blue Value plans offer individuals and families the opportunity to enroll in a health plan that will save them money. With a Blue Value plan, you have the flexibility of office visit co-payments combined with a greater choice of deductibles and other money-saving options. The new HSA eligible plans are now available to everyone. These new plans allow up to 100% contribution of the deductible. $250 of Preventive care each year is covered not subject to the plan deductible thereby saving you even more.

Blue Cross Tonik Head to toe coverage for individuals at a rate you can live with!! Office Visit co-pays, with low rates with 100% coverage after deductible.

You may want to consider the consumer choice version of our plans.
We also offer a Consumer Choice version of our plans at a higher premium. Under this plan, members may nominate an out-of-network physician or hospital to act as though they were part of the network. Benefits for services provided by an approved provider will be the same as for providers inside the network.
